  • Our Nation's Finest

Links, fills out and explains everything we heard half of in the media at the time. Fascinating reading if you have an interest in how devious and deluded the political animal can be.

  • The Road to Ruin

I was expecting a lot more as to the reasons why things were done the way it was, Nikki Savva being a conservative was trying hard not to divulge too much of the Liberal backroom politics. There was no analysis as to why Credlin had such a hold on Abbott and what was the Federal director's part in all this? was it a conspiracy? Dissappointing.

  • As above.

Something of an eye-opener. Savvas clearly shows her strong dislike of Credlin so it should be read with this in mind. Abbott has always been presented as the nice guy and this sounds to be not the truth. I wonder whether she would fawn over Turnball now he has demonstrated he also is ineffective as PM.

  • An excellent blow by blow account

Niki Savva has an enormous capacity to provide detail and context. I ripped through this in four or five sessions. Reads like a thriller.

  • The Rise anf Fall of Abbott.

A book that helps one recall the many happenings of Tony Abbott and his relations with so many politicians over the years. A very interesting but also a very sad story - the rise and the fall of Abbott
