  • Love!

I love Leslie North's story because they're feel-good and safe in that I know what the end goal is but I like reading how the characters will get through the obstacles in between. This one was slightly different than the other Sheikh storylines by Leslie North in that Fatim had already been married and his wife died. However, due to the law, that didn't matter; he still had to be married or be disinherited. In comes in Calla with her own goals in mind and boom! Their chemistry is undeniable but they have their own personalities and getting through both of them is like dealing with children. When they finally get to the end and the epilogue, I can't help but want more. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

  • Fast, fun, sexy romance!

The title The Sheikh’s Wife Arrangement pretty much says it all, and clearly outlines the theme of Leslie North’s new first of a series. But what the title doesn’t share is the growth and emotion that are depicted as Fatim realises that keeping ones heart out of the equation isn’t always possible or even in your or your country’s best interest. The Sheikh’s Wife Arrangement is a fun, fast-paced and very quick read, with a myriad of interesting characters and a lead couple (Fatim and Calla) who you can’t help but adore. Ms North has again provided great world building, an engaging cast and exotic location. As HEA goes this one was totally believable. I can’t wait to read the next in the series!

  • The Sheikh’s Wife Arrangement

i read this book as part of an arc program. This is the first book in The Safar Sheikhs Series. In this book Calla is the Royal Seamstress and works closely with the King Fatim designing his clothes. Calla is from the US and dreams of having her own fashion line. Calla hopes to debut at the upcoming Fashion Week and one day while with Fatim, the nanny brings his two young children in and is mean to his daughter, causing Fatim to fire her. When Fatim is needed in a meeting, Calla offers to watch the children. Fatim learns he must be married before he turns 30 in order to keep the throne and since his wife had died, he hasn't been interested in anyone. Fatim offers Calla the job as a nanny until he can find a replacement and tells her he will give her the money to create her fashion line. When Fatim realizes he can't get out of being married, he asks Calla to be his wife, and he promises her help with her fashion line and contacts. Calla agrees and soon they settle into a routine. Things are going well until Calla realizes she is in love with Fatim and there is an end date to their marriage. I really enjoyed this book. I liked Calla and how she wanted to help Fatim any way she could. I like how he helped her with her dreams and was supportive of her. Fatim thought he didn't need love to rule, but i think it made him better. Good one to start a new series.

  • Better the Second Time Around

The Sheikh's Wife Arrangement by Leslie North. Fatima and Calle story. I really enjoyed this story. Fatima need a wife and Calle was his seamtress/ nanny. He made arrangements with her to be his wife but the more he is with her the more he knows that he has feels that he was not willing to accept. I love how Calle finally had to stand up for herself and that she was able to follow her dreams. To watch Fatima fall in love with Calle and he made her his forever Queen. Fun read with good characters. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

  • Trusting Love

Sheikh Fatim believes to be a good leader he can't fall in love. There wasn't love in his first marriage and he never planned on a second marriage. He finds out because of an ancient law he must be married on his thirtieth birthday. Calla is the royal seamstress at Sheikh Fatim's palace but it's just a stepping stone to get what she want her own fashion line. Fatim only has two weeks to get married so he makes an offer to Calla she can't refuse. I always enjoy the books by this author.
