An excellent read, Santa Montefiori never disappoints with her novels.

    The Summer House

I thought this was a lovely read, light but with enough characters to keep the pages turning, I didn't want the story to end.

A story of deception well told

I enjoyed this book very much. Santa Montefiore is a gifted writer and this is a tightly written story. It seems as if all the characters arrive fully formed, but without descriptive overdose, as do the locations. Everything was quickly in my minds eye. The story is of a simple deception and races along. It would have been good to see the baddy get his comeuppence, but it is implied. I thoroughly recommend The summerhouse.
