    Rubbish

I really enjoyed Boxer Beetle but this to me was sell indulgent twaddle. Narcissistic, boring, irritating and his obsession with sex is just juvenile. I won't bother to read any other books.

    A time-slip farce

This novel had moments of humour, and was set up as a farce of sorts. The main character was possibly the most annoying and narcissistic I have encountered in a long time. I was puzzled about what the author was trying to achieve, until reading David Mitchell's Cloud Atlas. Like that novel, The Teleportation Accident involves time travel and questions of identity. If you like David Mitchell's work, you'll find The Teleportation Accident to be an intriguing piece of homage.
