While telling the reader little about the general history of England (and Scotland) since the Norman conquest, "The Tower of London" paints a very illustrative picture of amazing, famous and infamous things that happened there over the centuries, on the whole steered by the whim of the current monarch. From births to coronations to deaths, the Tower has seen it all, riddled with intrigue, greed and such cruelty to which it is only possible for one man (or woman) to subject another . A short, fascinating synopsis which will no doubt make any who have not visited this world renowned hitorical landmark, eager to put it on their bucketlist.

    Thanks for your feedback!
