    Wonderful book!

I'm totally grateful to Catherine Gray for writing this amazing and inspiring book. So well written and funny I couldn't put it down. It's the best book I've read about changing my relationship with booze and will re-read it whenever I need moral support. I can't recommend it highly enough! :)

    Enjoyed It

Difficult topic covered well. As alcohol is addictive to all it was a very enlightening informative read. Good value. Interesting and at times humourous.

    The joys of being sober

Absolute rubbish, it's all about her and free booze at functions she attended. Has no clue about working mothers with a family that struggle with alcohol addition daily, she constantly refers to books written by other writers time, waste of my money, I only wish I could get a refund.

    Funny and Inspiring

A no holes barred account of the 'drinking life'. Sad, frightening events that remarkably don't end in tragedy, but hope and a bright future.

    Makes me curious

An excellent honest book that really does make you stop, reflect and question where you want to go with your life.
