  • Okay world, Japanese protagonist woes

The story is fairly well written and the world is good too. If you are a fan of Japanese light novels then you know the woes of many readers. The guy is too passive at times, too nice maybe. It's a different view of society that is the problem. Not standing out and keeping to yourself is more the norm in the country this is written in so. Well it can be aggravating at times to read a passive person. Anyway the world building and story itself is fine but the inner monologue can get drawn out and annoyingly repetitive.

  • Fun concept for a MC

I truly enjoyed the new take on the main character being undead. It’s a way to build your character while giving interesting flaws to keep him from being overpowered and allowing for side characters to to truly be useful to help him out without it being forced.

  • Original mais poussif

Le personnage principal est intéressant, l'univers est classique. Le gros problème c'est que le récit et l'action sont constamment interrompus par les looooongs monologues mentaux du héros, ça casse complètement le rythme.

  • Great read

Great read for any that love fantasy and/or the hero who undervalues themselves. I like the quirky hero who is competent yet knows he is weak growing even past death.
