A little bit coarse by present day standards. Just a bit hard to keep up with but still an enjoyable experience .i

    The Viking

A well written story, beautifully descriptive . I could almost smell the sea salt and the Heather burning in the cottage. The Vikings were magnificently and accurately portrayed as were their longships. This is a memorable book, well worth reading.
