  • Actually kind of good.

Hmm, well first of all there wasn't an enormous information dump explaining every little thing about the setting. It left me wanting more, that isn't a bad thing. The main character has some personality, better than the usual blank Japanese main character usually is. The girls have their own little time, like the lizard demi human was a nice girl. She got a little bit of fleshing out and lots of scenes. The boss had a nasty personality but that's still character nicely done. Not sure she quite fits a real human but for a novel of this quality it's good enough. The veteran fighter was well a heavily specialized fighter so she's strong but has very clear weaknesses. Her personality and drive to climb back into higher tiers is solid. I don't have much of an impression of the other two girls. One is described as a classic japanese beauty that's 18 and that's like it. She's shy I guess, travels with the veteran right off the bat. Not much done with her honestly I found myself forgetting her name. There's another girl who's a total flake, kind of a bitc... uhh a mean spirited girl... Her personality is being a gambling flake of a person with a playful personality. She's friends with the 18 year old girl but just leaves her behind for a different party right off the bat. Well that's it really, there's the guild worker girl who is nice to the party if a bit poorly fleshed out since she just immediately bonds with the male lead. Anyway good world building. 4/5 stars.

  • Agréable surprise !

Très bonne surprise que voilà. Je ne m'attendais pas à m'attacher aussi aisément aux personnage. Mention spéciale à notre demoiselle lézarde ! Le tout semble potentiellement intéressant. Vivement le second tome !
