  • So apt

I absolutely loved it. I kept on second guessing every event. Does he, did she, will Tink get hurt ( was worried that would happen) etc. I still reread the story to unravel more clues. Fantastic read.

    Thanks for your feedback!

  • Weird ending

It seems to me that this book would make more sense as a movie or tv series. There were too many characters to keep track of at the start, there were the good guys, the bad guys, the quirky and the corrupt. I found a lot of the water management conversations very involved and confusing and a bit boring. It wasn't bad and I would have given it 3 stars but the ending really threw me. I have no idea what happened in the last chapters and wondered why the book took such a cryptic turn.

    Thanks for your feedback!

  • Loved it!

Another great read from Rosalie Ham, who describes the characters and foibles of small country towns in Australia to perfection. Once again, I read it too fast.... have to go back again soon!
