  • Tattoo the picture

Unusual group of characters: ex-Sister Trixie, demon Coop and possessed owl Livingston - plus an ex-undercover cop, a brilliant tattoo artist, a horrible landlord (the victim), homeless (new) friends and more. Trixie and her friends are learning to live around ordinary people but it's hard when the landlord is killed in the new tattoo parlour. They need the parlour to open and that means solving the murder.

  • An ex-nun and a demon open a tattoo shop ?

Sister Trixie Lavender and Coop DeVille are definitely not your typical business partners. Trixie is a slightly possessed artistic ex-nun and Coop is a mostly-friendly demon with a talent for inking. They had to leave their last town due to the unfortunate death of their landlord and now they are in Portland’s Cobbler Cove intent on opening Inkerbelle’s Tattoos and Piercings. The as-is rental is overpriced and underwhelming but as long as everything goes smoothly…which, of course, it doesn’t. This is a hilarious but very mysterious cozy. Coop is a lovable demon unless she misunderstands you, which is almost always! I really enjoyed it and look forward to reading the next book in the series.

    Thanks for your feedback!
