  • Amazing - No BS.

    I picked up Thinner Leaner Stronger on KOBO after it was recommended to me by a fellow bikini competitor. This book is amazing. It's a quick easy read, but packed to the brim with practical in-depth information. Learn about burning fat and building muscle, what the best go-to lifts are and how to perform them properly, get the lowdown on the most common supplements, and a ton of other useful advice. Mike Matthews has a friendly and witty writing style that will make you feel like you're having a chat with your trainer. If you don't have a coach, this book will provide you with all the plans you need to get the physique you want. Highly recommended! :)

  • Informative

    Worth a read. He brings up some good points. I like the science of nutrition that he explains in an easy to understand manner. No need to go to biology 12 to understand.

  • Only workout book you will need!

    So happy with Thinner leaner stronger Mike really knows what he's talking about and he has researched so many studys/trials you know he's credible He's been so helpful personally on my fitness journey, every question i dont understand i email and he actually replies!! Who else does that?!! Im so glad to have structure and know that i no longer waste time wondering if im working out the right way to see results Thanks mike! All the way from Australia

    Accessible information. Very allround. After reading this book i felt i had the skills to hit the gym and get my nutrition right. Very good book. Recommend it.
