  • Superb Sequel

Altho this is not as good as last year's "Thrawn" it is above many novels recently released under the name of Star Wars, I have to say Thrawn is the best Star Wars character ever. Hopefully TZ will release more Thrawn novels in the future. Grand Admiral Thrawn needs his own movie or at the very least have a part in episode 9! hopefully the rumours that Richard E Grant could be taking on the role are true. Thrawn is incredibly multi layered character, not an out and out baddie, there is so much more to him than that. Great novel and definitely recommend.

  • So utterly awesome!

Thrawn’s character is bewilderingly under-utilised in the post original trilogy movies and books so I hope there are more of these to come! I loved how this story fits so well with SW Rebels, and I’m hoping that the rumours about who Richard E. Grant is playing in ep IX are true!

  • Enjoyable though somewhat hollow

Enjoyable if ultimately not adding much to the ever growing new generation of Star Wars canon

  • Disappointing afterbpart 1

The stry is quite simple compared to the first part. It misses depth, develoment of the characters anf a good plot.
