    Very disappointing

Skipped most of this book as I found it repetitive and boring. There is very Little factual content. It adds nothing but made up nonsense to what we already know about the Tudor Queens. It is a rehash of what this author has already written many times on the subject. The style and language are more appropriate to a teenage magazine than a so called Historical work.

    Awesome Read

Once again Philippa Gregory has written a wonderful story from beginning to end. Had me captured from the beginning.

    A fascinating story

This is a wonderful tale of a character in history that few notice in the colourful and disturbing time of Henry VIII. As the author says, much of the detail is imagined but the narrative is gripping nonetheless and lives up to the standards of other Gregory books.

    Great read

I love how Philippa brings the history into my living room in such a brilliant way through her fictional works. This book is as good as all the others in the Tudor series.

    Three Sisters three Queens.

As always, Philippa Gregory brings her characters to life, exploring their moods and emotions. I invariably look up the history of the characters she portrays in an effort to get to know even more about them. An excellent read!
