  • Impatiently waiting for more

I love this entire series and always get the new books as they come out and usually read in one or two days. This one is a little different because it involves time/dimension travel, but I loved it as much as the other books in the series. Just impatient for time for healing to be released. I’m greedy I want more

  • Get lost in time

This author has managed to draw me into a sub genre that I usually avoid. But who can resist a Tale of the Kindred no matter where, or when, it takes you. Not me obviously. The author has managed to hope us back in time with this book and yet she still brought the intensity to her characters and the story that we have come to expect. She really brought the Victorian era alive in this book and kept the story fast paced and engaging. Certainly another story that you won’t be able to put down until the HEA. I’m looking forward to the next book by this author.

  • Love and fate have no boundaries.

This wonderfully well written story has a bit of Steampunk, Historical Romance, Syfy in it. You also have an honorable Kindred. A female from out of her time era who get subjected to some of the not so nice parts of Victoriana type era. This story keeps me guessing what would happen next. Lots of action and entertaining stuff seems to always be happening in this story. Well written self-contained story. I highly recommend this book to read.

  • Trapped in silliness

For someone with a PHD, the heroine acted like a ninny. Dialogue was tedious and ridiculous. Deus ex machina is a very trite ending to any story. This is supposed to be sci fi but having having a God suddenly appear at the ending is a lazy way to end the story. Even the romance is not believable.i wouldnt read this or recommend this to anyone.

  • Great 👍book

I enjoyed reading this book , it has a good storyline. There is action, adventure and intrigue. The interaction and chemistry between Caroline and Richard is wonderful. I can't wait for more from this author. I received this book as a FREE ARC copy to read and I voluntarily leave this review.
