  • Travelling to infimiy-

I liked the book, slow to start but but soon realised it was such a deep and meaningful part of history in the making, I was pleased with the outcome, Fits in with my notin "We al l get what we deserve".

  • Travelling to Infinity

This book is fascinating, inspiring and downright humbling. After seeing the film "The Theory of Everything", I wanted to know Prof.Hawking's wife's story as I felt he could not have achieved what he does without a very special person with him on the journey. This book tells the life story from Jane's viewpoint. She is quite amazing and I am so glad to have found this book. Every person embarking on a long term relationship should read it. What a story and what a family.

  • Yawn ... an exhauting read

This book is more about "poor little overworked" Jane Hawking and everyday minutia than travelling to infinity or anywhere remotely interesting. Expecting to learn something about Stephen Hawking? Except for tedious details of his day to day health, you will find this book is mostly about Jane and much less about her famous husband. Why the publisher didn't demand a more balanced and revealing dialog without the self-serving pseudo intellectual drivel is a real mystery.

    Thanks for your feedback!
