Is there anyone who didn't have a motive?

What do you do when your best friend, your husband isn't talking to you any more? When politics gets in the way. Willa finds her life spiraling out of control in this the third book in the Justice series by Diane Capri. Willa needs to figure out who did the crime before her husband pays the price for it. Filled with mystery and great twists, which keep you and Willa guessing right up to the end. Doesn't help that just about no one is missing the victim, and the suspect list is as long as the local whose who. Who didn't want the general dead? Is there anyone who didn't have a motive? This is great read.

Loved This Book, Twisted or Not!

SPOILER ALERT!! Diana Capri has done it again!! "Twisted Justice" caused me to lose sleep for several nights AND I knew George wasn't the bad guy!! Justice Willa Carson is formidable as she tackles a murder mystery, which strikes too close to home and a spouse, who refuses to mount any kind of defense! George could try the patience of the Saints. ALL that said, "Twisted Justice" is so well written that I could forgive "Georges" almost terminal stubbornness. Very, Very Enjoyable!!!

    Beats Sleeping Tablets...

Having read the fist six of the Hunt For Reacher series, I'd assumed Capri's writing style and plotting would be of a similar standard with the Willa Carson series. How wrong I was. It's almost as though one of the series was written by a different author, as this Carson novel (my first, and last) is nowhere up to the standard of the Reacher series. It takes the first third of the book to set the scene and flesh out the main players (each poorly), before the crime even becomes apparent. And when it does, it's an absurd scenario that defies any logic, considering its totally unassociated lead up—such as it is! Additionally, there's far, far too much extraneous padding with inconsequential detail, which slows down the plot It's as though the author needed to turn a 200-page story into a 500-page one. Tedious, plodding, and quite frankly boring. I find it hard to believe that Lee Child describes the book as "Full of thrills and tension". He must be getting royalties for each sale. Don't waste your money.
