  • Well...

Both books had an interesting storyline, however you have to suspend your belief. 16 year olds apparently solving issues that scientists and experts would grapple with. Seems to me that authors today in YA tales portray children as apparent saviours of humanity (realistically they couldn't survive without their mobile and social media) where the adult is obsolete and most cases mainly evil. Sad really. Found too much swearing a bit off puting and annoying. Also three characters died who I thought shouldn't have. Three stars is the best I can give these tales, specially for the 24 similarity with the chapter headings. That was clever. Also reminded me of Fringe in parts.

    Thanks for your feedback!
