  • Clear and simple approach

Meditation in its simplest form with no religious connotations and the science to back it up. He gets a little defensive at times with many pages dedicated to criticising others, but I learnt a lot and it filled in a lot since I’ve been using the Walking Up app too. He briefly talks about the sense of agency we all have as a result of thinking about our own consciousness, but I’m still not convinced I can accept non-dualism. Descartes “cogito ergo sum” is still bugging me as even though I can appreciate that everything exists in this prior condition of consciousness, but how can we explain the ability to direct thoughts?

  • Just what i needed

What everyone needs actually. People are struggling to 'find themselves' and i feel this is what they would like to come across.
