  • Awesome x10000

This book was really sad. It features Mapleshade's true story. Although Mapleshade liked being in the Dark Forest, I don't blame her. It was actually Thunderclan and Riverclan's fault. They could have at least let her and her kits stay until the kits were strong enough or just kept the kits and banished Mapleshade. I also blame (sorry I forgot the name the name of Mapleshade's kits' father) the true story and at least been loyal to Mapleshade. I cried a little bit because she had to suffer so much just because she fell in love with a cat from another clan. I understand WHY there are these rules but I still don't think that they are fair, same for the rule about medicine cats not being able to have mates. By the way, if you want to know why the rule about medicine cats not being able to have mates is the way it is you should read Mothflight's Vision.

  • I CRIED

SOO SAD!!! I didnt believe there could be so much emotion in a book before! its explained REALLY well too. my only complaint is that mapleshade was SO oblivious to the fact that, they are NOT going to accept ur kits after lying! and the death of ******** (not spoiling) made me CRY SO HARD! and then theres the fact that mapleshade LIKES living in the dark forest! anyways, highly recommended if u enjoy drama and sadness!

  • So Sad

You get to learn more about Mapleshade's backstory; how she became evil. I loved it, but I cried my eyes out when... Find out for yourself and read the book not the reveiws.

  • Expect to cry

This is one of the saddest warrior books by far! Mapleshade's Vengeance follows the story of Mapleshade, the infamous warrior of the Dark Forest. I liked how you can really see Mapleshade turn eviler and eviler, she wasn't a villian in the beginning.: it was other cats actions that led her to kill so many. And her life is shockingly sad. Honestly (spoilers ahead) I blame Appledusk for things Mapleshade did. Well, and the TC leader and med cat (I'm too lazy to list the names lol). But seriously, if not for Appledusk cheating on her and shaming her in front of RC, she may have had a chance at being good. Still, Mapleshade belongs in the dark forest. She was happy there. Plus, she's my favorite villian! Btw, if you read this, read Crookedstar's promise! It's really good and you learn even more about Mapleshade.

    Thanks for your feedback!
