With each book I love this series more. I always end up finishing reading in one go, forsaking my all responsibilies. Lol Honestly, Wen frustrated the shit out of me at the beginning, even thought I felt his pain. I could understand, his position after his brothers death. There was lots of pain and grieving for him and his parents. But the parents let the grief to cripple them, forgetting that they have a second son, who is as much important as firstborn. They wanted to make Wen into his older brother. And sadly, Wen let them. Out of grief, out of desire to sooth his parents pain, out of desire to be loved by them. Stupid, stupid boy. He took lots of responsibilities that shouldn't had been on his shoulders. And he never should have denied himself his true mate because of his broken parents. That caused lots years of pain for him and Gerri. And talking about h... I loved Gerri. She's very smart, well not where Wen is concerned Lol, and resourceful. She don't let fear to control her. In difficult situations, she uses her mind. This is the first book in the series, that made me to start a list of characters I want to have stories about. Lol. I already knew I wanted Aveoth. Which is next. Yay! But here was lots of characters I fell in love with. I loved Wens cousins, Micah and Graves They were really true friends. Always having his back and trying to kick some sense into his tick skull. I really hope they will get their own books. Especially, Graves. I'm curious what he does for his alpha, that even scares Wen a little. Not to mention, what does he meant by saying it's impossible for him to finding his mate. Curious! And talking about Wens cousins... I freakn adore theirs father, Angelo. He's awesome. And made me laugh. I wish at least short story about him, too. Angelo and his mate's, Mandys, mating story sounds like lots of fun. Lol And I wish for Trayis book too! I loved this leader of VampLycans clan. Trayis sincerely cares about his clan and it's people. He wants them safe and happy. He is amazing and true leader. He did stole my heart. I so can't wait more from this world!
