  • Pleasure to read

    Interesting to hear the similarities and sometimes differences in runners minds. Also great to read a running book that isnt about "college champions", but instead someone who is a runner like 99% of us!

  • Murakami makes running interesting

    Haruki Murakami has the knack of relating the ordinary in a way that reveals the extraordinary. Here he relates his experiences of training and participating in distance running. There is also a preview of the novel “The Colorless Tsukuru Tazaki and His Years of Pilgrimage”, consisting of the first section of the book.
