  • Whatever You Love

Where to begin, I was very confused with this book and it's terrible characters, the storyline was devastating, it's always hard dealing with emotional topics of children. I was a mess for a few hours, the author really captured the intensity of the minutes passing and the children not arriving at the destination as scheduled, the intensity the mothers experienced felt so real and I actually felt the same angst. However I didn't like the ex husbands character until the end of the books last few chapters. I felt the author tried to redeem his character, but it wasn't enough for me. Laura was in some ways my favourite except when it came to her blindness to her ex. The ending was rushed to tie all the lose ends, but still I did find the book interesting, recommend to read.

  • Title sums it up

A bit disappointed in parts of the storyline, some unnecessary and a bit predictable, but overall a good read.

  • Not as good as Apple Tree Yard

Starts well but I grew tired of all of the characters and the outcome is entirely unbelievable. Good writing but a poor storyline.

  • Whatever you Love

A very sad tale of the accidental death of a child. The repercussions and impact on the parents and those around them is heartbreaking. The mother's fixation on the driver of the vehicle that caused the deaths of her daughter and her best friend is very strange. It makes you want to hold your children very close.
