  • Sleep, Yep worked for me !

    Sent me to sleep before i could finish the chapter. This should have been 150 pages not over 800.

  • This book changes you

    I used to neglect sleep and see it as additional hours I could spend doing 'fun' things. After reading this book I take the act of sleeping way more serious and I hope to inspire others to improve their sleep as well to improve their own lives

  • Brilliant book

    Book full of scientific facts about sleep, written in very readable style. It helped me a lot with my sleep problems. I am more aware now about consequences of insufficient sleep and I definitely will spread the message.
