A Connection That Just Can't Be Denied!

*I voluntarily read an advance reader copy of this book* Sawyer Bennett truly knows how to bring the heat! Holy moly was this book scorching hot! Wicked Wish is book 2 in the Wicked Horse Vegas series, but can be read as a stand alone. Best friend's little sister is a favorite trope of mine and this story did not disappoint! Walsh and Jorie were neighbors growing up and in many ways, she is the little sister he never had. Best friends with her brother, Micah, and 8 years her senior, Walsh has always suppressed what he felt to be inappropriate feelings for Jorie. Years later, when their paths cross again in the most unexpected and delicious way, one thing is clear, the connection they share is still just as intense and incredible. Be prepared for your kindle to melt or spontaneously combust, because these 2 together are nuclear hot! I loved the push and pull between these characters and the truths they faced on their journey. Jorie is pushing her boundaries and discovering who she really is. Walsh is also realizing that perhaps his no strings, no commitment bachelor life isn't as fulfilling as he once believed. There is some good angst and drama when Jorie's ex resurfaces and Walsh puts his friendship with Micah to the test, but what makes it so powerful is how relatable their situations are. I can't wait for more from this series and definitely enjoyed Walsh and Jorie's story.

    Fantastic

Now this is erotica done right. Seriously steamy . Hot doesn't even begin to describe it yet there is also an incredible story at the core, filled with emotion, romance, a bit of angst, and love. It was fun to watch Walsh fall. He's so sure there is no way one woman will ever be enough for him yet Jorie turns his world up-side down. Jorie is just looking for a little fun and excitement. She never planned on Walsh and the world he introduces to her. Their chemistry is off the charts and it definitely gets wicked! This is a recommended read!

    Good

As always a pleasure at the wicked horse. Characters you love to read and like usual you can’t put it down. Author is still one of my favourites.

    So Hot!

Bennett does it again! An extremely sexy read with lots of emotion and drama within. This series is extremely sexy, erotic but filled with emotion too. Strong plot to go with the hot sex, likable characters and HEA. Read only if you are not offended by erotic sexual scenes.

    Wicked Good 😊

Wow! I've read quite a few of these Wicked Horse books and they're all pretty HOT! But Wicked Wish is HOT and sweet. I loved it. It is my current favorite WH book. Jorie is recently separated from her husband and goes to stay with her best friend. They make a trip to the Wicked Horse in Las Vegas, where it's masquerade night. Jorie unbeknownst to her, hooks up with her brothers best friend, Walsh. After they figure out who they have been with they try to stay away from one another, but find it difficult. Their chemistry is off the charts. I thought Walsh was a great guy and I loved the way he was with Jorie. I definitely recommend this story to everyone who has considered reading the Wicked books.
