  • Holy Hotness!

Wow! I found a new favorite author and I’ll be looking out for all the Brazen Bay books. Dixie and Leo started out through text by mistake but it quickly turned so hot, my phone was burning and I was left panting. Loved their story. I like epilogues and this didn’t have one but it’s noted that we will get to see more of them in the subsequent books so I can’t wait! I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

  • Leo and Dixie are truly meant to be!

I absolutely fell in love with this book. I love the way the characters related to each other through the text messages, I love the way they finally (finally!) meet, and I love the emotional depth that envelopes them and gave me a serious case of the warm fuzzies. The author doesn't shy away from the hard questions here either, shining a light on the true nature of Leo's job without offering an unrealistic conflict-free solution for Dixie. The characters are all so beautifully developed, even the secondary characters, that I fairly leapt for joy when I found out the author is continuing to write in this wonderful fictional world. I voluntarily reviewed an ARC of this book.

  • Sweet short read

This is the first book in the Love in Brazen Bay series. I thought Dixie and Leo had good chemistry. This story was sweet, fun and entertaining. It was well written. It has a good storyline. Look forward to reading book two in these series. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

  • OMG I Absolutely Loved This Book

Wrong Number Text was one fantastic story I have to say I really enjoyed this authors writing , this was my first book by Brill Harper and I will definitely be reading more by her. This book was fun and exciting with some wonderful characters. The story hooked me in the first two sentences, I was smiling from page one and giggling through out this book. This is Leo and Dixie’s story, he is the cranky firefighter and she is the shy and quite librarian but when a wrong number brings these two together that is when all the fun starts. I absolutely loved this book and I highly recommend it. Can’t wait for book two. Hope you will enjoy this story as much as I did.

  • A great tart to a new series

This is a super steamy sexy read so if that isn't for you I would pass if you like that kind of book like me then you are in for a great read. I am lead to believe this book was first sent out as a weekly serial and as I get terrible frustrated waiting for chapter then I am glad I got it has a total book. Dixie is involved in a car accident and exchanges details with the man who hit her now however when she tries to phone him for insurance detail he never answers the phone Lei firefighter wonders who keeps trying to ring him he doesn't recognise the number Yes you guessed it accident guy gave the wrong number. When Leo eventually answers the phone him and Dixie strike up a conversation and soon become friends then they meet in person and it becomes so much more. When Dixie realises that has a firefighter Leo could be hurt and she would never know she pulls sway from him leading to them both been sad and unhappy. When a chance meeting brings them back to one another will they decide to try for a HEA. This appears to be the start of a new series and we have met quite a few characters that have a potential to be future book stars I am looking forward to it.
