    Adhd Strategies for Dummies

    This book is an eye opener,easy read and very funny. It does not use too much medical jargon and is very practical. It describes how the brain wiring for ADHD is totally different than the regular person. It gives the reader pointers at the end of the chapter using summaries. The author is very relatable as an ADDer himself and uses mnemonics, anchors and positive self talking as a means of coping with the ADHD struggles. This book is recommended for both the AdHDers and their loved ones. Very helpful pointers for the inattentive, forgetful, sensitive will change your life.
