    Another winner in the series

Zoey Ellis never ceases to entertain. This was a GREAT book. Warning that it does end on a cliffhanger but it's good enough to re-read when the next book comes out (which should be last in this trilogy). In this story we learn more about Malloron's background and it helps to explain why he is the way he is. He's so closed off and he doesn't understand a relationship dynamic. Amara knows what a mating should be and she's not getting that feeling so she's not sure they are mates. This story works through their pasts and they settle into a relationship but of course we are left with a doozy of a cliffhanger on this one and now there are so many more questions to ask. I really liked this book. I thought Amara was just standoffish enough to cause Malloron to question but he's the king so everything he wants should be his. We also get an appearance from Malloron's brother and another alpha from another part of their world. There is also some tension between his enemies but he has a handle on it. Still with rumblings of war, everything isn't as peaceful or settled and he'd like to think it is. A great, fast read. I expect it's way more important to read this than to eat or sleep and if you re-read the previous book first, you might pick up some clues that you missed the first time around (I know I did). Eagerly awaiting the conclusion of Malloron and Amara's interaction. (I voluntarily reviewed an ARC).

    i love this series!

zoey ellis NEVER fails me with her books!!! when we first met Malloron in books 1-3, i seriously did not know how zoey was going to redeem this character in my eyes! but boy, like i said, she never fails me lol. we continue to learn more about him and his past, and see what made him the way his is. i'm so loving this series! it also doesn't hurt that the steaminess factor is so hot and addictive! :)

Great follow up to book 1 from Reign series

At first compared to the Crave series, Reign seemed pretty tamed. The book picks up right where it left off from book 1, Malloron in a state of distress with Amara’s situation. With this book you actually see how Malloron falls in love with Amara while nursing her back to health *aawww*. At this point I’m “craving” the dark and gritty edgy stuff I read in Zoey’s Crave series with relation to Droco and Caitlyn. With book two of Reign I wasn’t let down. I have to admit that I loved the fact Malloron had to ask Droco for assistance, *fist pump*, but I think that if Caitlyn had opened up about what had happened with the mothers then things could’ve been smoother for Amara. The book progressed as expected until I reach chapter 10. When Amara ran into the other Alpha’s in the hallway and we finally saw Malloron’s true Alpha self *fans self*. Let’s just say I read that chapter twice. Overall I thoroughly enjoyed the second novel in this series more than I did book 1.

    POWERFUL & EMOTIONAL

A series that is Powerful, Emotional and Addictive! Finally, after what felt like forever, I got to read this book and it was so worth the wait – filled with anger, suffering, desire, betrayal, etc. We get to know more about how the tenebris has affected Amara and how powerful she is, both mentally and physically. Malloron’s past is also revealed as it becomes apparent what made him the man he is. It is devastating what he has gone through and I applaud the author for her imagination and writing style as she is able to draw you in and leave you emotional, shocked at times but always craving for more. The events Malloron experienced as a child finally make it obvious why he was/is hell bent on getting the tenebris out of him and into another ‘host’. I am not a fan of MM and the author does not take it that far, but the relationship between Emric and Banon does give a bit of a break from the main characters while making it even more interesting. Emric is such a sweet guy and as his background is uncovered, it also provides insight why Malloron is so close to him. Yes, some questions are answered in this book, but at the same time if leaves you with even more. Once again, this book ends in a cliff-hanger and it is a doozy – the first book of this couple may be titled Reign To Ruin but this ending certainly ruined me! I will anxiously be waiting for the next book to read the conclusion of Malloron and Amara's story. This is book 5 of the Myth Of Omega series and I would not recommend this book be read before reading the previous 4 books in the series. (Although books 1-3 are different couple with their own hea, they are mentioned and do make appearances in books 4 & 5 and it just gives you more of a foundation to Malloron and Amara’s story.) I received an arc of this book and this is my honest review.
