    Ultimate Connection

I traveled from the Middle East to USA to Ireland to Middle East and so on. Alternate Connection held something deeper than the adventure; it was about having the ULTIMATE connection either with yourself, your team, your lover, or even your family. It was much more than the mission to save hostages and finding the mole and traitor, it was coming to terms with a past that you have no control over changing and enjoying and grasping the future that you yearn for and deserve. It is about letting go and accepting who you are and what you have become. Being loyal to the ones in which you think deserve it and understanding that you are not a one man Army but part of a unit that will support and be by your side no matter what. I can give spoilers and say many more things but in the end I would just say, the connection runs deeper than the eye can see.

    More than just Suspense

I really enjoyed this book. The connection between Nathan and Rachel was there right from the beginning. Once I started this book I could not put it down, and felt very blessed to have received an Arc of this book to review. If Nathan sounds familiar, then you guessed correctly that this is the same Nathan that is in Countermeasure, and although he was not my favorite, he has grown on me and I love that I really get to know him and his story in Alternate Connection. I won't give out any spoilers because that would just ruin the book for you. I will say this.... You will cry, yell, jump up and down in excitement and more than likely be turned out. I love the way Christ and Cecilia write. They never disappoint and they are an amazing writing team. This story just like the others is well thought out, believable, intense and well researched. Can not wait for the next one!

    Amazing book

The ARC was given to me from the authors in exchange of an honest review. Before I say anything about the book let me tell you that this is the third book in the series Countermeasure. Alternate Connection is a true masterpiece. The authors have outdone themselves. This is truly remarkable. Though I read the book slowly I still had great time doing it. The story gripped me from the very beginning and kept me on edge to the very end. Nathan Nelson a CIA Agent is the one getting his HEA in this book. Though I didn’t like him in the previous two book here I finally understand him. With a hand on my heart I can say that now I’m in love with Nathan and I envy the woman that won his heart. What I love most about the series is that though every book has something new that is happening, the authors don’t stop developing their characters. For example Trevor and Cassandra met in the first book and their relationship continues to develop even now in the third books. I think that this is one of the main reasons why Countermeasure Series stands out. When Trevor had to make hard decision I was amazing of the strength he has. Because his choice was a difficult one. Rachael Moore a strong woman is missing. She was once married to Nathan’s best friend but now that he is dead she wants to know why he died but ends up kidnaped with her colleagues. With that said and all the action and mystery the authors managed to keep me on the edge of my bed. There were times I was afraid not to fall off when I jump up from some unexpected twist of the story. So I know it’s a short review but this is how I feel about the book. I give it 5 stars. If I was able to give more I would do it.
