    Sexy, and entertaining!

This is the story of Logan, and Kendall, two very opposite people, who when they meet have a fiery attraction, that neither one of them can forget. Logan is the typical entitle playboy, but when he get himself, in over his head, he ends up seeking out the help of Kendall. This was a great read, the characters are well written, and they have explosive chemistry, this book was sweet, emotional, passionate, and steamy! 4.5 Stars

    Even Better Than Easy Love

I confess to having been in a bit of a book rut for a couple of months now, so it actually took me a couple of tries before I really embraced "Bad Love". I've been burned so many times- pick up book, read first five chapters, accept character flaws, then boom. It all falls apart. Character flaw that I can't ignore or forgive, implausible plot line, random distracting nickname, overly precocious toddler with a pronounced and not adorable lisp. (I have a toddler and I still can't.) But, oh. "Bad Love", you did not disappoint. Like I said, it did take me a couple of tries to get into it, but then once I did- I read it straight it one sitting one morning. Missed my yoga class, but it was worth it. 10/10 highly recommend the early morning reading with a cup of coffee that rapidly gets cold as you devour pages. What I loved: the banter. How tough Kendall is. Not tough as in street tough, but tough as in "this is what I want and I refuse to settle for less than that." I really loved her and Logan together and it was nice to read about characters that were realistic but not tragically flawed or even really fundamentally altered by love. They were better because of their relationship, but they also weren't saved by it. I really appreciated that. I also loved, loved, loved the side stories- as always, Piper does a great job of world building. I wasn't even done with the book before I was jonesing for the next one.

Laugh Out Loud Funny & Melt Your Heart Sweet

I thought that this book was laugh out loud funny, need an ice cold beverage hot and melt your heart sweet. Kendall and Logan may have been about as different as possible but I felt that they were pure perfection together. When a bet draws these two together, you just know things are going to get very interesting. I loved Kendall and Logan and I felt that their chemistry was amazing. Their banter was sharp and clever and added lots of zip to the storyline. Kendall's son, Rory was a true scene stealer. He stole my heart and cracked me up!! Add in the many "awww" moments he shared with Logan and trust me when I say, that this kid really brought something special into this book. Just an extremely delightful read.

    Second half was fantastic!

This is book two in the Modern Romance series and it features Kendall and Logan. He makes an irresponsible bet with a friend and needs her help before he loses controlling shares in his grandmother’s company. For me, this book didn’t get really interesting until after the halfway point. His and Kendall’s chemistry was explosive and extremely sexy. I love that he really got who Rory was. That was important! The first half of the story was full of unnecessary filler story. The second half of the story was fantastic! Logan’s character growth was impressive throughout the last half of the book, even though there were one or two disappointing moments. Mature Logan is much sexier! The friendship between Logan and Monty was touching. Nellie, I could’ve done without but I’m sure everyone’s got one of those friends.

Bad love was everything but bad

Bad love was everything but bad. A great story between Logan guy who is on an important crossroads and hardworking single mother Kendall. They meet because a stupid bet and Kendall is doing everything that Logan wins. In the meantime, the feelings developed between them that is deeper than just a fling. Will Logan mature and will Kendall let her past mistake to ruin her chance for true love ? You will find that if you buy the book and read it yourself. Both characters great developed, likable. I loved Logan and how he develops. I loved the slow burn between them, the sexual tension. I also loved that book portraits that it is not late and impossible to find love again. I want to thank Author Piper Lowson who made it possible and provided ARC for me to read it.
