    Awesome

I loved Tom’s story, The way it was in Hamilton in the sixties. I-was a Junk House Fan, I was neighbours with Russel Wilson, his sister Raydean and I were best friends when we were teenagers, we live on the west Mountain in the 70’s . Thank You Tom Wilson for telling your story about growing up in the Hammer, I love your music, Shine is my favourite song, I could listen to that song a thousand times a day. So gland you found yourself, and your family. Junk House reunion possibly?????? Thank You, Janice Gillen

    Beautifully Written

I was not sure what I was in for, but was so captivated by the character and his honesty. A must read!

    Excellent !

I live in Hamilton, Ontario and recognize every place Tom mentions. He is like a neighbour, a kindred Hamiltonian, rough around the edges, blue collar thinker, and always the artist. Hamilton is rich with characters like Tom Wilson, you cannot find these people anywhere else. Hamilton is home to so many unique people who live life their way. They are hardworking, hard living, cussing, blue collar , big drinking, believing people who have hearts as big as their mountain, and souls of the artist, and Tom belongs right here. Great read. Tom is clearly a poet in everything he does.

    Beautiful Scars

I didn't quite know what to expect and was pleasantly surprised by the easy read. I would equate it to having Tom sit across from you in a bistro, enjoying a coffee and conversation. Totally enjoyable. Thank you for sharing your life and history.

    Beautiful Scars

Too repetitive. Too hard to follow. Lots of name dropping and gossip. Life is hard for most people.
