    Sisters!!

Three sisters, who have one thing in common, they were all dumped on the same weekend. This story tells the growth that they each go through with the breakups. Ali, is dumped by her fiance 2 months before the wedding. He doesn't even do the dirty work, but sends his brother, Daniel to tell Ali. All I can say is that I loved Daniel!! He was always there to pick up the pieces for Ali. We all need a Daniel in our lives!! Finola, a morning talk show host, who finds out her husband, Nigel is having an affair with young singer. It took me awhile to warm up to Finola, but she matured so much through out the story. Learning it takes two to make or fail a marriage. Zennie, dating Clark but both decided her heart wasn't in it. Who needs a man anyways, at least that is what she thought. She has decided the best thing she can do in life right now is to become a surrogate for her best friend. How hard is a pregnancy?? Then add is their mother, who just wants to be a grandma! This book is packed full of emotion and humor, that you don't want to see end. I loved these sisters!!

    Three enjoyable stories in one

As always, I enjoyed this Susan Mallery book. Three sisters each get "dumped" by the men in their lives. Each sisters journey to healing and their next life chapter is interesting and uplifting with a surprise, or two, thrown in. The surprise twists makes for enjoyable reading. The characters and situations are reality and the author handled them with honesty and love.

Perfect blend of heartache, romance and hope!

Susan Mallery is one of my favorite authors. All of her books are automatic one-clicks for me. California Girls tells the story of three sisters, all going through their own life-changing experiences. Although Finola was my favorite sister towards the beginning of the book, by the end of it, Ali had my heart. A very thought-provoking tale of self-discovery, strength and finding true love where you least expect it. This is one of my new favorites and I can't wait to add it to my bookshelf!

    California Girls

Absolutely refreshing and definitely a keeper! Three sisters who couldn't be more different all have life changing events on the same day. Finola, the oldest, is a morning show host and her husband tells her he is having an affair moments before she goes on air. Zennie breaks up with her boyfriend but decides to become a surrogate for her friend who cannot have a baby. Ali, the youngest, is planning her wedding but a couple months before the wedding her fiance calls it off but he doesn't do it, he sends his brother to do it. BAM! All three sisters are suddenly single and starting over but they come together for each other. This was such a beautifully written story I found myself laughing out loud one minute and shedding a tear the next as I was swept up in their lives. I couldn't turn the pages fast enough and found myself carrying this book from room to room because I couldn't put it down. This is definitely a recommendation from me! **Received this ARC for review**

    Nice

I liked this book. It's a nice story about three sisters, who each have a very different life path. I always think it's fun when the main characters are related, because it brings that family dynamic into the story. I wanted to strangle one sister, hug one sister, and sit down with the other for a nice long chat over coffee. As always it's a nice entertaining read.
