****Spoiler Alert****I've read a lot of books, fell in love with a lot of characters but there's something really special about the Hashtag and Gearshark characters. Cambria brings them to life for us, sharing a bit more about each of them with every book. These books, these characters will make you fall in love with the and yearn for more with every word you read! #FinishLine was no exception, and Arrow and Hopper found their way into my heart with their stories, their pain from past history, and their love for each other. I laughed, I cried and I cheered all through this book. There were moments of I cannot love these characters any more than I do now, but each time Cambria proved me wrong with this book, as she has with every book from the beginning. In #FinishLine, there were moments of laughter as I whispered I see what you did there Cambria! (for example the first meeting of Arrow's mom and Gamble, the mention of the "barely there" baby bump). LOVE LOVE LOVE how all our questions and wishes for these character's stories were answered in this book, but still the door was left open with the possibility of more to come. ( know....none of us are ready to say goodby to them). Loved the way Trent just knew that Joey needed some girl time for her wedding and the hint of the friendship that grew between her and Ivy and Rimmel. Favorite quote from this book and BEST LINE EVER: "Moving forward sometimes reminds me of all the stuff I'm leaving behind.....Bring it...You don't have to leave anything behind with me. Bring it all."....sighs...ALL THE FEELS!! SO SO SO glad you had more to say for this series Cambria and am so hoping that feeling hits you again, because once again SO not ready to say goodbye to them but also looking forward to whatever books you write next because you've got a fan for life!
