    Thanks for your feedback!

    A hilarious, life-saving book.

This is such an important, hilarious book. Lawson is a champion for those who live with mental illness, and a vital bridge for those who love someone who lives with the same. I think Furiously Happy is a more mature book than Let's Pretend this Never Happened; don't get me wrong, it's still absolutely ridiculous and silly and wonderful in every way you want it to be (nearly died laughing at the bit about the Japanese toilet), but her focus here really is to lift up those who need it most. She says it best: "Be bizarre. Be weird. Be proud of the uniquely beautiful way that you are broken."

    Awesome

Halarious. I laughed out loud on almost every page. It has deep insightful notes about depression and mental illness that are very easy to identify with, but the overall tone of the book keeps it light and elevated and wonderful to read.

    Thank you

I laughed out loud. I met myself hiding amid the dust balls in my closet with my cat. This is great.

    Funny and heartfelt

I had been looking forward to the Bloggess's new book and it didn't disappoint! Furiously Happy is a mix of hilariously offbeat stories (like the time Jenny's vagina went missing, or how she came to acquire a taxidermy raccoon that had been in a rollercoaster accident) and fearless, honest stories about depression, anxiety and mental illness. Lawson's humour is irreverent and I laughed out loud multiple times during reading. I can't recommend this book enough.

    Great!

Reading about somebody struggling with phobia's and trying to fit in everyday life in a comical way , makes your life not as difficult. Hilarious a great read.
