  • Pretty good

This was actually better than i thought it was. It had romance plus the added mystery element . The ending left you wanting to know what happens next in LA. I enjoyed this.

  • Poorly written

Very repetitive and boring. I cannot quit reading a book once started, but this toook a while to get through. I found very little substance or sex appeal and an extremely anticlimactic ending. Spelling mistakes in published works drive me crazy, and early in the book Elle is reminiscing about her Dad sitting in the stands in his winter jacket and TOBAGGAN

  • Good sports romance

His Game, Her Rules is my first book by author Charlene Groome. This book was a pleasant surprise. Not being a hockey fan I wasn't sure I would like it, but Ms Groome has crafted a story with the emphasis being more on the characters than the sport. I found this book to be well written. Eileen and Ty's story is an emotional tug of war with drama, humor and sizzle. Ms Groome's characters in His Game, Her Rules are just right for this story. I enjoyed His Game, Her Rules and look forward to reading more from Charlene Groome in the future. His Game, Her Rules is book 1 of the Warriors Series and can be read as a standalone. This is a complete book, not a cliff-hanger.

  • His game her rules

I thought the storyline in it's self was good. It's good to have a story about a strong independent woman who is well known herself for her career in the hockey world. I was not to crazy about Eileen' s caracter talking like a third person. Kinda like someone was on the out side telling them how to act and what to say., instead of it feeling like it was the characters. It also felt to me like it was lacking something. I like lots of passion, romance and the stuff that go's with that. Good luck with your FUTURE endeavors. Looking forward to reading your next book.
