    FANTASTIC NUMBER. TEN

IMMINENT PERIL by Melissa Miller a Sasha McCandless novel #10 Publisher Brown Sheet Books. Dr.Prachi Agarwal producing a database to track their products and results of testing for Playtime Toys. Didn't realize that the company was being sold, with the said database. Could she have it ready in two weeks. Or they would have to go another way, and calling in "the fix problems " consultant. His price was high, they didn't know how, but there would be a delay, if she didn't have one. Finding mercury levels to high in one testing results. They won't let her retest, and she won't sign off on the wrong results, slamming the door, after telling Mr Jefferson. Sasha meeting her journalist friend Maisy for drinks, finding out the danger of some kids toys.A guy bothering some women at the bar, no bounchers around, Sasha intervenes. He didn't like it, he didn't lay a hand on her, before she starts protecting herself. The lawyer tells her it was self defense, she was in imminent peril. No charges, to protect her career, they say she has to take anger management classes. While at the class, Sasha meets Prachi, Mr Jefferson wouldn't press charges, for her throwing things at him, if she took class, and threat of being deported. Both being forced to take the classes, when they tried to do the right thing. Are they connected to the legal aspect, of the firm being sold. It's a thriller to the end, with nice touches of Sasha family. Excellent reading for all to enjoy, this #10 book in her series. Given ARC for my voluntary review and my honest opinion.

    Imminent Peril

I just love Sashas exploits and the crap she gets herself involved in. She is a character that could walk down the street and find herself involved in trouble up to her eyeballs. It helps having a sex on a stick husband and cute twins.
