    Thanks for your feedback!

    Historical fiction at its best!

In the Skin of a Lion is on of my favourite historical fictions. This story is based around the construction of the Bloor-Danforth viaduct in the new world of Toronto in the 20’s and 30’s. Maybe I am a little bias being from Toronto. But the history was fascinating and this book was so well written.

    Good, solid.

Clear well-crafted writing. The plot was a bit difficult to follow sometimes.

In the skin of a lion

Obviously one of Ondaatje,s earlier books. Verypoetic but too rambling. Too in love with his poetic prose and less concerned with structure development.
