    Thanks for your feedback!

Great characters, great story and plenty of swoon!

**I received an early copy of this title in exchange for an honest review** I never tire of reading Piper Rayne books! They always have such a great balance of great story, great characters and sexiness. Manic Monday is the first book in the Charity Case Series and a fantastic start it was! Victoria Clarke has recently relocated to Chicago from California to help her mother who has recently been diagnosed with MS. Not only is Victoria dealing with a move and her mother, our recently divorced heroine is busy settling into a new job, raising her young daughter AND going to school to finish her degree. She's hardworking, independent and strong. When taking her daughter to school one Monday, she runs into an old acquaintance. While she doesn't know Reed well, the one thing she is, is intrigued, not only by his hotness, but also by the fact he drops off one of her daughters best friends every single Monday. But only on Monday. She's got to know the story behind that! Reed Warner is the Assistant District Attorney in Chicago and he's a man that knows what he wants and is willing to do what it takes to get it. He's patient, driven, handsome and honest. While working on the biggest case that has ever crossed his desk, he ends up running into Victoria in the school drop-off line and he couldn't be happier. While he wants to get to know her better, the baggage she has left behind from her failed marriage, has her skittish to say the least where relationships are concerned. Are Reed and Victoria destined to be stuck in the friend zone or will they be able to take their relationship to the next level? I adored this book! The characters were fantastic, the story engaging and the way that Piper and Rayne handled the MS in the book was well done. This was one of those books I just did not want to put down. They also did their job and made me very curious about how Chelsea and Hannah's books are going to play out. Can't wait for that! But in the meantime, run, run, run to pick this one up!

Kept me engrossed from start to finish wih no dragging pages in between. A strong leading character in Victoria who did not make me cringe like some do with constant tears. How could anyone not love Reed and even Vic's ex is interesting. Thoroughly enjoyed this series.

As always with a Piper Rayne book I just couldn't put it down until I read those two little words we all hate when we LOVE a book so much......"The End". Reed and Victoria's story was addicting, sexy. laugh out loud funny that will definitely have you begging for more. I LOVED Victoria's sassiness and tell-it-like-it-is-attitude when you read the "late show date" you'll understand and think......BOOM (drop the mic)!!! Reed is sweet, sexy and so different from the other male characters from Piper Rayne but I think that made me fall more in love with him. Good Luck with reading this book and not claiming these characters as your FAVORITES!!!
