    CHEESEFASTIC!!

I have always loved the Meg series by Steve Alten and this is probably my 5th or 6th time reading each one. If you thought the movie and or the novel Jaws was scary I can promise you this is a beast of a different kind and hella scary. The first three book's the plotline stays pretty tight. Sure there are a few "see it coming" parts as well as some cheesy not plausible moments but there's also many cleverly written facts and information. If you love all thing's shark, megalodons and palm sweating moments, this book as well as the rest of the Meg book's are for you!! Maybe best of all, this series brings a lot of attention not only to the deep dark unexplored area's of our ocean as well as the Trench. The question being "what" quite seriously could be someday be discovered lurking in those depths!

    A great concept- well executed!

I've always been a fan of the good shark movies (Jaws-not Sharnado), and have never thought to branch into the books for these type of story lines. When I heard the Meg was being made into a movie I couldn't wait to see it and read it first. This book was very creative and touched on a fear I think a lot of people have, that these monsters might still be lurking in the depths of the ocean. This book was able to both scare the hell out of me and keep me on the edge of my seat until the very end. Not too predictable and kept it open for future story lines. Having parts of the story told from the Meg's perspective added that little bit of extra something I wasn't expecting and it kept things even more interesting. Would definitely recommend!

The Meg A Novel Of Deep Terror

A fast paced read, with solid fact behind it. I will be buying the rest of the series.

Meg a novel of deep terror

Es un libro muy interesante, nos narra la historia de un Carcharodon Megalodon sobreviviente a la era glaciar y por cierto está causando problemas en la isla Mariana y alrededor del mundo.
