    Must read

I read this book in less than a day, I could not put it down. The way she tells the story of her loss is both heartbreaking and inspirational at the same time. One of my favorite reads of the year!! You can’t help but, to learn from this book. Inspirational, entertaining and motivational all at the same time!

    Interesting and heartfelt

Sheryl does a good job of balancing both personal anecdotes and psychological tips and information. Interesting perspectives on loss, though nothing too earth shattering here.

    Amazing and Inspirational

I read this book soon after I lost my Mom, seemingly out of the blue, to a very aggressive cancer. Hearing Sheryl’s story of how she dealt with the loss of her husband was exactly the lifeline I needed to help me navigate my grief.

Now one if my most gifted books.

It actually gives great insight to what those around you might be going through in tough times. So not only can I help you do better for yourself when you are going through a rough patch, but I could also help you be a better friend to somebody else.

    Option B

Wish I had read this book years ago. I too, lost my husband when my children were young. The ideas in this book are helpful in dealing with life after the death of a loved one for not only the newly bereaved but also for anyone who has suffered any kind of loss or is assisting someone who has. I would highly recommend this to anyone but especially to those in a helping profession. Excellent book.
