    A must have for all climbers

    I stumbled upon this book looking for a way to improve my climbing. I have been climbing for four years and have hit a plateau/injury circle. This book wastes no space but informs you with simple but overlooked drills that will definitely improve your climbing. In addition comes the excellently demonstrative and short youtube videos to illustrate the exercises. I really feel these will improve my climbing skills (and to view it as such; a skill rather than strength-based activity) and I will break this spiral I've been dwelling. Definitely recommended!
