    Insightful

    Um bom livro. Traz boas ideias para todos que correm e de alguma forma acham que correr não é apenas mais um exercício físico. Como o próprio autor afirma, correr não é meditar, nem meditar é correr. Mas é possível unir essas duas práticas e tornar a corrida uma atividade mais completa com benefícios não apenas para o corpo, mas para mente também.

    Peaceful run solution

    refreshing us to a peaceful cause of life through running. Good for runners to find inner peace via running, but may not able to make you putting on you shoes immediately if you never run before.
