    Tedious

Having read the series, I was disappointed with the tedious historical anecdotes.Too many characters and storylines taking the reader away from the main point.

Another delightful, thought provoking Bruno book

As with all of the Bruno books, I manage to instantly find myself back in the streets and environs of St. Denis! I love the atmosphere that the author creates...Bruno's character is now well established and with each book I enjoy him even more. Love all the cooking and food details! And there is always something new to learn in each story!

    The Children Return

Always enjoy the tales of Bruno's adventures in St. Denis. Almost makes me wish I could move there.
