  • Yawn

Slow, predictable and boring. I had zero emotional attachment to any of the characters and was happy to be finished with the book.

  • The Lying Game

It was a good book in that it was suspenseful and thrilling. However, I did not like the premise of the story of a Lying Game, even as a novel. I felt so sorry for Owen who was doing his best. I found the ending very sad. To me it was a negative book. The characters died and horribly. Then I thought she would get back with Owen, who she treated so poorly, who would now be living a lie with her and not knowing it. How unhappy. I know it is a novel but to me not a happy one.

    Thanks for your feedback!
