    Great Read

Enthralling and exciting. I loved the way the book moved around the world, whisking the reader from situation to situation. And the ending, while it made sense after I read it...was totally surprising.

an interesting mix of the thriller set in newyork

    1. I love domestic thrillers the most. and never read books that describe the things that psychos do to thier victimstthis book had a measure of both. nor will I follow series that humanize the psycho-like the "DERECK"CHARACTER. THE SERIES WAS WELL-MADE-,butyounsters will watch it and they are too sugestable and may not understand the nuance.my review ofthe book THE GOOD:I WAS HOOKED BY CHAPTER a new patient goes to see a psychiatrist.thier interaction is more personal than most sessions and they feel a connection to eAch other. it is difficultto know who needs treatment the patient orthe psychiatrist: THE BA;I tdid not take me long to figure out he was her father.he psychiatrist DOES NOT KNOW HER ORIGINS,except through sel-hypnosis and nightmares, she lived in a cabin in alaska and witnessed her mother's brutal death bya monster and she was saved by a white horse that flys her tthe client claim to be 200 years old and via axperiments conducted in austriaat the turn ofthe last century ,using the body of either a dead person(these failed), then the scientist needed a live body that he killed on the spot. his plive persons were selected either from the prison or the mental hospital and by drinking an magic elixer, becane imortalTHEGOOD:the meaning of what makes a personis the bond between chils and parent give rise to love and security. thauther borrows some of the old classics such as frankenstein and dr.jeckel andd mr.hydeand and moral issues that went with the stories. THE LAST PART :the paychiatrist is compelled to find her real origins as well as those of her father'even at the danger of being killed s in danger at each place she goes, like where shelly wrote hehe gets up and close withe famous horses of book .LIPPIZZENtwell as the psych hospital in AUSTRIAwwhere the people are still not free of old myths, wichcraft etxc...she gets herself into some potentially deadly situations only to be saved by the father who is forever present to lead her to the right destination and person she needs to speak with to find the origins of thier lives.she gets a note of an adress in geneva followed my switzerland.in austria, she gets up close and personal withe famous white horses

Easy read. Not what I was expecting

I could not put it down because I was waiting for a big twist. Unfortunately I was disappointed and it was not what I was expecting or hoping for. Easy read though.
