    The Perfect Horse

This story was made into a movie by Disney back in 1963. The movie's name was Miracle of the White Stallions. I love that movie so I'm so glad I found the story in a book form. You can get more out of a book then you can get in a movie, because you have more time in a book. I can not wait until I can read the story and be able to learn more about the rescue. I was able to see the horses perform when they came to Canada. They are a beautiful site to see. Thanks to the US Army for saving them.

    The Perfect Horse

Heart-rending and unforgettable true story of how Americans, Germans, Poles, etc whose love and courage saved hundreds of horses during the horrors of WW 11. A timely reminder of but one of the many great things America did in the war and its aftermath.

    Just great

I truly enjoyed this book. The exact history of the war. The people involved in saving this horses. It’s something I always knew about, but the war pulls it all together. Thank you.
