    Christs abound!

When I first heard Ferguson talk about this novel, I wondered if he knew about the Three Christs of Ypsilanti and Milton Rokeach's work and yes, indeed, he gives credit to it. While Rokeach's is non-fiction and this book is obviously fiction, there is a similar weirdness to the reading experience. How could you not know who you were or even believe yourself to be someone else? This is a very interesting read with lots of nuances in the story and it is hard, sometimes, to decide who exactly might be the hero. My vote is for Sebastian! A must read and a perfect choice for any book club.

    Another great Ferguson novel.

Another great book by Will Ferguson. If you liked his book “Happiness” then I would recommend this for you. He has a way of threading humour through some dark subjects.
