  • Heartbreaking, Witty, and Vulnerable

Cole's approach to anti-Black racism is hard-hitting, insightful, and witty. He uses powerful, real-world stories to highlight concepts that Black people have known their whole lives but white people might be coming to understand just now.

Cole unveils the hard truths of systemic racism, from centuries-old history to current policy, in a country that claims to be safe and inclusive for all. A must-read for Canadians.

  • The Skin We're In

This was not an easy read. As a white senior citizen I am trying to discover ways to combat systemic racialism. This book has opened my eyes even further

Canadians need to read this book. We need to know what's going on in out own country if we have any hope of creating positive change.

  • Canada’s white supremacy exists

Important reading on Canada’s true history and current systems of white supremacy. We were never taught these truths in school and only how we are morally better than America even though there is so much evidence that proves otherwise. We need to learn about how things work in order to try to overcome the systems that harm Black, Indigenous and People of Colour disproportionately.
