Wicked Whiskey Love made a crier out of me.

I don't tear up often, but Wicked Whiskey Love made a crier out of me. Foster showed life at it's ugliest and triumph at it's most inspiring. Sarah is not just a victim, she's a survivor. She found the courage to fight for herself and make a better world for the people she loved most. They say people enter your life at the time you need them most. Bones was a catalyst for her inner heroine breaking free. I enjoy reading stories that mean something. The tale of Bones and Sarah is made all the more powerful because it's realistic, inspiring and gripping.

    Heartbreakingly Beautiful

Omg! Get the tissues ready, you're going to need them. What an emotional story, I can't remember the last time I cried this much while reading a book. Sarah and Bones made me cry with happiness, but I ugly Cried so much at what Sarah had been through and had to go through. Sarah had a horrible childhood, with abusive parents, along with her sister and brother, that scarred her soul. Years later she finds herself in a horrific relationship with the father of her children. Finding inner strength she leaves and heads to Peaceful Harbour, to find a better life for herself and her kids, staying with her brother. Meeting Bones gives her hope, that not everyone is a snake and hope that she could be happy. He is everything she dreams of and he adores her kids, but can she open her heart and trust that Bones won't break hers. Bones is patient and caring and will do anything for Sarah, but it's so hard for her to trust. Too many times, Sarah has put her trust into someone that should have put her first and taken care of her, only to see, they were never the people she though they were. Melissa takes a horrendous issue and makes you feel every bit if Sarah's pain, but in a sensitive way. I have never prayed for someone to get their HEA as much as I did for Sarah...

*Sigh* I love the Whiskey family!!

Bones is such a caring, loving guy; he did everything so Sarah would give him her trust. Emotions run high in this book, but also in the best, sweetest way! I especially loved the last few scenes with the whole clan celebrating Christmas together!

Dr. Bones and Sarah- Happiness found!

I think I would find something wrong each day with me if I had a doctor as hot as Dr. Bones Whiskey. Oh la la. The Whiskey family is a loyal family. Not only to their family members but to the members of the Dark Knights and their family. With the Whiskey family, family isn’t always a blood relative and they aim to protect what is theirs. Sarah’s story is so sad. Her parents were abusive, the father of her children were abusive. The most important people to Sarah were her 2 children and her unborn child. She reconnected with her brother and was trying hard to reconnect with her sister. Bones and Sarah met at the hospital after Bullet, Bones brother, pulled Sarah, her children and brother Scott from a burning car. Sarah was hesitant to form a relationship with Bones but little by little Bones broke down those walls around her heart. He accepted her two children as if they were his own, along with her child on the way. Bones broke down those walls and the two eventually found their Happy Ever After. This book had me laughing, crying and going awww all within 30 seconds. I can’t wait to read the next book and she how her sister Josie and son Hail join the family and Sarah has her siblings all together, reunited once again.
