    What Alice forgot

Another good read. Not as pacy as some of her other novels but quirky and heart warming. Good characterisations and original idea

    Unput downable

I loved this book and found it very difficult to put it down. Went to bed at 3 this morning!!! Quite predictable but well worth the read.

    Not for me anyway

While the story itself is good and has some twists, the structure of another two separate, hardly connected sidelines is just superfluous and adds unnecessary delay. And this is what's really wrong with the style, the only way the author was able to create suspense is by simply not giving any details. Every single time Alice might get an answer, some disätraction, often totally stupid, happens and then one or both of the two sidelines appears, not at all as explanation but further 'I-know-but-won't-say' page fillers…. In fact I must have skipped at least a third if not half of all pages because I got frustrated. Would not recommend it.
